All appointments are scheduled online, and a deposit is REQUIRED. Payments are processed by a SECURED merchant. No Appointment will be booked or confirmed without a "PAID" deposit.

- Late arrival will result in a late fee or cancellation of your appointment at the discretion of the stylist. DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!!!
- PLEASE READ OUR CANCELLATION AND/OR RESCHEDULING POLICY BELOW.
Cancellation or Rescheduling POLICY for "Hair Extension Installation" Services must be made at least 72 hrs., prior to appointment time.
- All deposits made are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE but may be used as a credit for another Hair Extension/Weave service. Credit must be used within 30 days of cancellation. (your credit DOES NOT apply to "no call no shows" OR last-minute cancels) YOU CAN ONLY RESCHEDULE "ONCE" and use previous deposit as a credit. If you cancel a second time (the rescheduled appointment), you will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be due to schedule a new appointment.
Cancellation or Rescheduling of any other services must be made at least 48 hours prior to appointment time.
- All deposits and payments are NON-TRANSFERABLE NON-REFUNDABLE (no exceptions)
- All deposits may be used as a credit for up to 30 days of appointment cancellation date. CREDIT DOES NOT APPLY TO "NO CALL NO SHOWS" OR "LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS", OR "LATE ARRIVALS"
