Deposits are REQUIRED for booking appointments online, through a secure, online payment portal. Appointment bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of deposit, a confirmation email is sent immediately after booking,

Late arrivals may incur a fee or lead to cancellation at the stylist's discretion. Deposits are non-refundable.
Please review our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
- Hair Extension Installation: Changes must be made at least 72 hours prior.
- Other services: Changes must be made at least 48 hours prior.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. An account credit will be issued for appointments cancelled or rescheduled within the cancellation period. Deposit credits are valid for a single use toward any service. Credit transfers are permissible, excluding no-shows or last-minute cancellations. Rescheduling is permitted once with the original deposit.
